It’s the perfect itinerary for those short on time but eager to see Africa’s Big Game and stunning landscapes.
You’ll depart early in the morning from Arusha and drive to Lake Manyara National Park, a scenic gem nestled at the base of the Great Rift Valley. Enjoy a full-day game drive through diverse ecosystems — from underground forests and open plains to hot springs and soda lakes.

Later, enjoy a guided canoe safari on the Momella Lakes, where you’ll glide past flamingos, hippos, and water birds — all with Mount Meru as your backdrop.
After an early breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This vast caldera is home to nearly 30,000 animals, including some of the best opportunities to spot the Big Five (lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, leopard).
Enjoy a game drive and picnic lunch inside the crater, then return to Arusha in the late afternoon.
